With the revival of weddings and the potential for multiple ceremonies and receptions, it’s important for couples to make sure everything runs smoothly. Having the ability to communicate ideas, photos, and messages all in one place will relieve some of the stress of the already chaotic planning process.
The purpose of this study is to understand the main pain points couples have when planning events and sharing ideas with the wedding party and their guests.
DoorDash Dasher App (With Car Feature)
DoorDash drivers are called Dashers. Dashers are independent contractors who use the DoorDash Driver App to earn money by picking up and dropping off deliveries. Dashers make their money based on the number of deliveries they complete, the total price of the orders they accept, and tips.
The purpose of this study is to understand the major pain points Dasher’s experience when using the DoorDash Driving App and how these contribute to issues such as canceled orders, delivery lengths, earning potential, and Dasher frustration.
Pet Adventure
Established in August of 2010, Pet Adventure is a locally owned and operated pet food and supply store in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. They have a huge selection of the finest dry, canned, raw, freeze-dried, premium, holistic and natural diets for dogs and cats. They also stock hundreds of food, treats, toys, and all the pet supplies you could ever need.
The purpose of this study is to understand what pain points users have when shopping for their pets and how these experiences affect the user and their pets.
Kaus
Kaus has been in the insurance business for over 30 years. They provide all types of insurance for individuals: property, motor, liability, marine, aviation, life, health, and protection. Kaus has been selling policies through regional agents instead of directly to customers, but now, they want to start selling directly to customers through an eCommerce website.
The purpose of this study is to understand what pain points users have when searching for and purchasing insurance.
